#Showbiz: Super Junior's 'One More Time' tops iTunes charts worldwide

KUALA LUMPUR: Popular K-Pop group Super Junior seems to be keeping up its winning momentum after releasing its latest hit album, Play, last November.

Its new mini album, One More Time, which dropped on Monday, has since peaked at No. 1 on the iTunes Top Album charts in multiple countries around the world.

According to Soompi, the release had topped the charts in 26 different regions, as of yesterday morning.

They include Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Japan, Cyprus, Malta, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Panama, Mexico, Argentina, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Monday saw the South Korean music group making its comeback by staging a special showcase at the MGM Cotai in Macau, where the boys performed their new title track, One More Time (Otra Vez), for the first time.

The song, which features the Mexican band Reik, was accompanied by a flashy music video.

The lyrics to One More Time (Otra Vez) convey a feeling of not wanting to miss a moment happening in front of one’s eyes and is sung to a catchy reggaeton Latin rhythm, accompanied by a series of sounds from the guitar.
