KUALA LUMPUR: After an impressive collection of more than RM300,000 for its opening last Thursday, Indonesian movie Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2 continued to dominate box office takings three days later by surpassing the RM1 million mark.
Primeworks Distribution, which distibutes the romance drama, said that at least 80,000 moviegoers have watched AADC2 so far.
The box office collection for the movie is expected to grow steadily as 100 local cinemas will be screening the movie for week two.
AADC2 stars Nicholas Saputra, Dian Sastrowardoyo, Adinia Wirasti and Titi Kamal.
